RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dissatisfaction with Custom Scent
If you are dissatisfied with the custom scent you created, you may return your candle for a complimentary re-creation.
Requirements:

At least 50% of the candle must remain.

Each vessel purchased is eligible for one remake only.

Process for Remaking Your Candle:

Call the store where the candle was made to schedule a time for your visit.

Bring your candle with you.

Collaborate with the barista to develop a new scent.

Once you are satisfied with the new scent, we will handle the rest.

Your new candle will be ready for pickup by 1 PM the following day.

Issues with the Vessel or Wax
If you experience any issues with the vessel or wax, please return the candle along with your project card for inspection. Both the candle and project card will be retained by us.

A manager will determine the necessary actions to resolve the issue.

Typically, if the vessel is damaged, we can replace it with the same model. If it is unavailable, we will offer a vessel of equivalent value for selection.

If the wax is problematic, we will remove it, clean the vessel, and remake the candle with your chosen scent.
A manager will contact you to inform you when your candle is ready for pickup.

Return Policy
We only exchange goods or offer store credit within 10 days of purchase, provided you have a receipt or proof of purchase.
